Terms of Use
These terms keep Begmoney honest and safe for everyone. By using the site — as a poster, a donor, or a reader — you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose.
1. What Begmoney is (and is not)
- Begmoney.com is a free noticeboard. It is not a charity, a fundraiser, a crowdfunding platform, or a payment processor.
- Donations are voluntary personal gifts sent directly between individuals. Begmoney never receives, holds, or transfers donated money, takes no percentage, and has no access to any donation.
- Begmoney cannot guarantee that any story receives donations, and cannot fully verify every detail of every story. Donors give at their own discretion and risk, as they would with any personal gift.
2. Posting a story
- You must be 18 or older to post.
- Your story must be true. Submitting a false or misleading story is grounds for immediate removal.
- You are responsible for the payment details you choose to publish, and for keeping them accurate. Whatever you include in your story (except your email) will be publicly visible.
- Do not include other people's private information, accusations against named individuals, or content that identifies minors.
- Submissions must not contain adult, sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content.
- Every submission is reviewed by a person before publication. We may decline or remove a post at our discretion, especially where something looks like a scam.
- Posting is free. Stories stay up until you ask for removal or a rule is broken.
3. Featured spots
- The featured spot is a paid visibility service only: your story is pinned to the front page for one month with a "Featured" badge. The current price is shown on the homepage.
- Being featured brings more views. It does not and cannot guarantee donations — please only buy it if the fee is easy for you to spare.
- Payment is processed by Ziina on Ziina's site. After paying, include your story title in the payment note so we know which story to feature.
- If anything goes wrong with a featured spot, contact us and a person will sort it out.
4. Donating
- Donations go directly from you to the payment details a poster published. Begmoney is not a party to the transaction.
- Give only what you can afford, and treat every donation as a personal gift. Read the Stay safe notes before donating.
- Begmoney will never ask a poster to pay to "release" a donation — anyone doing so is a scammer.
5. Removal
Posters can have their story removed at any time, free and without explanation: use the contact form with the email you submitted with. We may also remove content that breaches these terms.
6. Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Begmoney is not liable for the outcome of any donation, for the accuracy of posted stories, or for the services of third-party payment providers used by posters or by the featured-spot checkout.
7. Changes
If these terms change, this page and its "last updated" date change with them. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
