Removal is free, quick, and no questions asked. Send a message through the contact form using the same email address you submitted your story with — that is how we verify it is really you — and the story comes down.
Reporting a story
If you believe a published story is a scam or contains something that should not be public, tell us which story and why. Every report is read by a person. We refuse and remove obvious scams, but please remember no site of this kind can fully verify every detail of every story — donate the way you would give a personal gift.
Featured spot questions
Paid for a featured spot and something looks wrong — the wrong story pinned, or nothing pinned yet? Write to us with the story title you put in the payment note and we will sort it out.
One thing we will never do
We will never contact you asking for money to "release" a donation, and we will never ask for passwords, card numbers, or one-time codes. Anyone doing that is a scammer pretending to be Begmoney — see the Stay safe notes.
